		<description>I hear people all the time say something like, &quot;I eat all the right things so I can&#039;t figure out why I&#039;m gaining weight.&quot; But I get the sense that they are only counting their official meals in that calculation. All those other times we eat (and don&#039;t even notice) don&#039;t really count, I guess. But it&#039;s really THOSE calories that add up.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thanks for stopping by!</description>
