My Husband is 40 Today!!!
February 25, 2009
Here he is, doing one of his favorite things: sharing a cup of joe with his outdoor buds. He’s the one in the black pants and sunglasses… doesn’t look a day over 38, I say!
So, if he’s turning 40, does that mean I’ll soon be traded in for a younger model? I sure hope not! I don’t know what I would do without his untiring energy and zest for life. Here’s a guy who is always on the go, always ready for a new adventure. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have nearly the experiences or friends that I have come to accumulate. I really am fond of this kid… but don’t tell him; it’ll just go to his head.
Happy Birthday, baby!!!!

Happy Birthday, husband of Lisis and lover of new adventures!
I can see from this blog that you have many wonderful things to be thankful for – like a beautiful wife and son, lots of love, and a quality of happiness and freedom that’s rare to achieve! You must be doing something right. Please don’t be shy, share some of your wisdom with us.
Oh, and not to state the obvious, but I think your wife has a serious future in blogging. She’s already helping and inspiring people like myself. I know you must be proud.
Happy 40th! Keep up the good work.
Happy 40th birthday, Jeff, and may you have many more happy and healthy ones to come!
Hi! Thank you for the birthday wishes (for Jeff) and the very nice comments about me.
I like the “husband of Lisis” part! I’ve always been known as Jeff’s wife, and Hunter’s mom; so it’s kinda nice to turn it around for a while!
Thanks for commenting today, I really appreciate that.

Happy Birthday Jeff!! Sorry for the late wishes…I know the date has already turned on the East Coast. You’re right, he looks great!! I’m also turning 40 this year and looking forward to it (I think). Hope the day was great and that the year ahead is full of wonderful adventures.
Happy Birthday Jeff!
You look not a day older then the first day we met you.
All that hiking and biking keeps you young!
@ Acooba: Thanks for the birthday wishes. He had a great day of riding his bike and hanging out with good friends. Can’t ask for more!
@ Red-Brown: I thought is was his youthful and vibrant wife that kept him so young!
