Date June 9, 2009

Atlanta From A Distance

Get away, even briefly.
Take a step back.

breathe

Remove distractions.
Distance yourself from troubles.

breathe

Notice the silence.
Listen to nature.

breathe

Look around.
Enjoy the stillness.

breathe

Count your blessings.
Notice the positives.

breathe

What are you thankful for?
What do you love?

breathe

What makes you happy?
What matters most?

breathe

Find hope.
Smile.

breathe

(Repeat as often as possible.)

“Perhaps it would be a good idea, fantastic as it sounds, to muffle every telephone, stop every motor, and halt all activity for an hour some day, to give people a chance to ponder for a few minutes on what it is all about, why they are living and what they really want.” (J.T. Adams)
