Goal-Setting, and the Key to a Peaceful Household
January 12, 2010

2010 started with a BANG! We had our blogiversary last week, and many of you stopped by to celebrate with us. What a great way to kick off a new decade!
THANK YOU!
But something else happened last week that you may not have noticed amidst the merriment: I checked off the first of my goals for 2010. I got over my neurotic aversion to (no, not exercise…) guest posting!
If you’ve been here for awhile, you know that I spent my first year of blogging hoping to avoid posting on other blogs. It sounds crazy, I know, when everyone else is TRYING to guest post. I just wasn’t ready to send my little “babies” (posts) out into the world on their own.
This year I resolved to be more open to the experience, and last week I had the great pleasure of being hosted at two of my favorite blogs:
1. Resolve, Not Resolutions was published at World’s Strongest Librarian.
If you need motivation in life… for ANYTHING, this is the blog you need to visit. Josh is an inspiring soul who regularly redefines my notions of reality and what is possible.
2. Two Vital Elements for a Peaceful Household was published at Zen Family Habits.
This site is a collaboration between Sherri, of Serene Journey, and Leo, of Zen Habits. It is 100% dedicated to all things family-related, and helping you find simple happiness. What more could you possibly want?
If you missed either of these posts, or are unfamiliar with these blogs, I’d like to encourage you to stop by.
Thanks!
(PS: I’ve closed comments on this post, but will be visiting World’s Strongest Librarian amd Zen Family Habits to answer comments and enjoy the conversations on these topics.)
